Science Club

We have had great fun in Science Club this year.

We have completed lots of exciting experiments that have sparked a love of science. We have explored a range of concepts in an interesting and practical way. Some of our experiments are listed below.

  • The bubble experiment – can you blow different size bubbles? What about different shapes or colours?
  • The Mentos experiment – How many Mentos do you need to put inside a coke bottle to make an explosion?
  • Balloon rockets – How far can you make a balloon rocket fly?
  • Clouds in a jar – We looked at how clouds form and rain falls and made our own clouds in a jar.
  • SLIME! – Our messiest and favourite experiment – looking at how you can turn one material into another simply by adding water!

Miss Palmer looks forward to seeing lots more scientists at the next science club!
